Choosing your wedding flowers should be fun! We’ve created this packet to make the process as straightforward as possible. If questions arise during the process and the answer isn’t covered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask.

Please read all the information contained in this packet carefully and be sure to review our online portfolio of floral designs.
Within a week of receiving your Wedding Information form, posies will provide you with an estimate and answer any questions you have.
To reserve your date, Posies requires a $500 deposit and a signed copy of the attached contract. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance and is non-refundable.
Schedule Planning a Meeting
At this in person meeting we will discuss ideas for your wedding florals and refine the details that will bring your vision to life. Based on your preferred color palette and style, we will discuss a floral design plan that reflects your personality and is consistent with the aesthetics of your special day. Following your consultation, Posies will send a detailed floral and event design proposal with itemized costs for you to review.
Communicate any changes
After reviewing your detailed design proposal, you can approve the plan as drafted, or request specific changes. We prefer that any changes be consolidated into one message and communicated via email to Posiesflorals@gmail.com
Final Review and Payment
Three Weeks prior to your event we will contract you with your final order and request any last minute changes. You will have one week to make these changes and then any additions made less than two weeks prior to your wedding will incur and additional fee. We cannot make reductions to an order less than two weeks prior to your event. Final payment is due three weeks prior to your event.
